Surfer’s Healing is a non-profit surf camp that brings professional surfers to beaches around the world to surf with children with autism. At Surfer’s Healing, each child is empowered and deeply affirmed in a space of complete love. It is a magical, transformative environment where miracles happen.

Every Spring in April at Hampton Park
Walk for Autism is a non-profit organization that raises money to fund scholarships to help families of children with autism pay for programs and therapies. The event is fun and family-friendly, with free refreshments, live music, jump castles, a silent auction, therapy dogs and much more! Many sponsors attend, providing information about autism and activities for the entire family.

Krishna Das Benefit for Darshan
Our first benefit was held on March 13, 2019 in Charleston, SC. Over 500 people came together for kirtan with Grammy-nominated musician Krishna Das and for marking the birth of Darshan into the world. The heart-felt outpouring of love and support touched us all deeply and began our journey as Darshan.

Presentation at Murray-LaSaine Montessori
Saachi, her service dog Wilder, and Melinda spoke with Saachi’s class at Murray-LaSaine Montessori on October 1, 2019. Saachi’s classmates see her heart—the love they share with her allows her spirit to bloom like a spring flower at school. Her friends’ full engagement in our discussion was a reflection of their love…and brought us all more deeply into our own hearts.
