Darshan Structure

There are 2 primary aspects of Darshan – our Education and Outreach Program, and the Darshan Residential Community and Retreat Center.   

Our Education and Outreach Program is the foundation of Darshan, and serves to usher in a shift in paradigm of autism from that of a disease model to a recognition of the depth of spirit of individuals with autism, through conferences, community involvement and speaking engagements.

The Residential Community and Retreat Center will be a physical manifestation of the shift in autism awareness that has already begun to take place.  It will include a residential community for adults with autism and a workshop/day program and spiritual retreat center for individuals with and without autism.  We are currently looking at property in the greater Charleston area.
